  • Salma Ibrahim

    Salma Ibrahim is Professor of Arabic Language and Literature at the College of Eastern Languages and Cultures, Sichuan International Studies University. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students and is active in promoting cultural and academic exchanges between Chongqing, China and Arabic-speaking countries. She serves as a member of the National Education Committee and the National General Committee for Academic Reform under the Syrian Ministry of Education. In 2017, she received the “International Educator in China Award.” She was granted the “Friendship Award” in 2021 by Chongqing municipal government. Professor Salma Ibrahim was also honored as one of the Top Ten Figures in Chongqing in 2019.
