Zhai Bo is Secretary of the Party Committee, as well as President, Editor and Reviewer of China Education News Agency. He has written and edited many academic works such as The Theory of Educational Equilibrium. Yinfu Yang
Yang Yinfu is the Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Chinese Society of Education.
