    Yuan Zhenguo is a well-known educational scholar in China, strategic expert, and a tenured professor at East China Normal University. He is the author of many academic books, such as Educational Policy Studies. He is also the editor-in-chief of major academic series such as The Road to Educational Modernization in China, which has exerted a far-reaching influence in the field of education.

    Zhai Bo is Secretary of the Party Committee, as well as President, Editor and Reviewer of China Education News Agency. He has written and edited many academic works such as The Theory of Educational Equilibrium. Zhai has participated in the drafting of the “Outline of the National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)”.

    Yang Yinfu is the Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Chinese Society of Education.
