The Individual Support Worker is designed to meet the needs of workers in the home, community and/or a residential setting, who are required to provide support to people who are ageing and/or have a disability-related condition. Geoff Arnott
Geoff Arnott has written several books covering disability, aged care and community services. Geoff worked for more than thirty years in the TAFE system in various roles including deputy head of school and department manager at Swinburne University, in charge of health, recreation and community service programs. Geoff is an active community service volunteer, and was presented with a Commonwealth Deakin service award in 2015.
